RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH HOT STONES
Guided by Manda
Manda will guide you into fully supported restorative poses, allowing you to surrender completely and melt into a state of deep relaxation. The natural heat of the basalt stones placed on the body will release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and foster a sense of inner balance and peace.
